What do you mean?! I meant what I said...do you believe? Do you believe in yourself? Do you believe in your skills, your experience, in your ability to bring value to a team? Do you believe that you can have a career that you love and supports you being a mom? Do you believe that your worth is not tied to your title? Do you believe that God plays a role in your career search? Do you believe?
Just like Elf Judy said in Santa Clause, "Seeing isn't believing. Believing is seeing." Side note, shout out to 90's kids! For real though, you have to believe in yourself and have faith that you are worthy of a better career. It doesn't matter if others understand your logic. This is YOUR career, not theirs. Shift your mindset to believing that you can and should have a better-aligned career. From there, it's game on. Once you believe, you'll see your new career.
